Only just noticed something................bloody hell thats fast!!!!!
Surely not?
Either:
a; speedo/revs are stuck,
b; You've been up to your camera trickery again,
c; There's a set of 10in mini wheels fitted,
d; There's more than a standard 8v lump under there,
Ahh.... that's why you didn't take a pic of the outside because the power bulge on the bonnet is the size of Bristol!! |

Hi
Another place to try for classic insurance is Aon. They will do classic insurance at 10 years old (so that covers all 33s). Also seems that they do a family fleet policy.
All the best

Admiral are offering a multi car policy, for the reasons you mention bobbber, I looked into it, but as Ive yet to buy another Alfa I just insured the 155 on its own.

I've got 3 cars insured with Footman James and the additional costs were quite small. I'm now paying £400 TPF&T for all 3 and I'm 24. Seems reasonable to me. |

Hi Bobbber, if your car is more than 12 years old you can get classic car insurance on it through RH insurance. Though you are limited to 5000 miles on this it should cost about 160 quid and be fully comp with complete breakdown cover! I have my main car with them aswell.

What's going on here!? I've just bought another 33. It's IDENTICAL to the one I already have. I need to insure them both. I can only drive ONE of these cars at any one time. So - I'd guess the additional risk to any insurance company is fire and theft across the two cars. Make sense so far??? Good.
So - why is it that my current insurance on my main 33 is £199, but they want another £380 to insure the second one? Because you can only carry your no claims bonus on ONE car!
Can someone explain why the extra risk (fire and theft on an additional car which I imagine should cost about £50) is gonna cost me £380? What is going on here?
Anyone have an answer to this? Is there an insurance company out there that asks for the premium based only upon the extra risk? Or perhaps there's some trick to buck the system?
HELP ME PLEASE!
