Hi,

I have a few units left for the marelli system. Still i don't technically know how to sell one to you, i'm located in Paris.
I suggest we discuss the matter using private messages, as this might not be of interest to everyone Rolling Eyes

Hi,

Right now i've just changed again for a new home and a new job, besides i've been rebuilding the GTV twin cam engine all winter, to be ready for racing this season.
Guess what? No time for tinkering with electronics.
However i've figured out most of the protocol for ML4.1 and got a prototype working...then my pal wrecked his 16V just when i was ready for in-car debugging. So i'm presently looking for a beta tester in my vincinity...
I shall issue the system in a few months now!
LE3 cars are not that common around here so i guess i'll wait till i find one to start hacking through the code.
However, no amount of reverse-engineering will make you able to read fuel pressure, as the ECU has no way of knowing it. The easiest way to read fuel pressure is to install a gauge like the ones used for oil pressure.

Al,

Part of the fuel injection system testing procedure involves testing the pressure in the fuel rail. Look at the documentation which will point you in the right direction.

If this has anything to do with higher rail pressures - I want nothing to do with it Laughing

a while ago you posted

a little later bobber asked how it was going
http://www.alfa-pages.co.uk/viewtopic.php?p=15411&highlight=#15411

I was wondering if you are mass producing the 16v unit and if you got the LE3 ECU hacked?

Did you have to hack the whole ECU, or were u able to get the software from an alfa testers or pc program?
Also wondered if it was possible to read off fuel pressure by connecting a laptop? if 1 can get software.
thanks
