A small hint which might be useful to someone here.

I have often had a problem when refitting 33 grilles in locating the clips properly over the posts. The plastic linings inside the steel clips are often bent the wrong way or completely broken due to bad fitting.

I have cut small strips of stiffish white plastic material (from a milk bottle), folded them, and put inside the clips in the correct slot for the post, as below.

Now I can see the alignment by looking into the gap at the side when replacing the grille, and the extra material gives a better grip on the posts.
