yer the other is for doing the wire crimping, does a nice job, looks like a factory done crimp, as in it loops over to join in the middle.

Hi

One of those is for insulated terminals. Not sure on the other.

I forgot to say that I took delivery of the headlight connectors the day I fixed my fog lights, 1 day after ordering them, very impressed.
They are not exactly the same as the original and had a problem trying to crimp the flag connectors. In the end I just crimped 1 earth and pushed the other wires in with the original flags into the new connectors.
I have access to the following tool,
http://www.csedistributors.com/acatalog/info_1045.html
http://www.csedistributors.com/acatalog/info_1048.html
which has changeable heads / teeth.
I can crimp the bottom end of the flag, but if i try the top end it crushed and sheers the flag nearly in half. Can you get narrower teeth / heads for the crimpers?
Any suggestions?

Hi

Try these people:-

http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/lighting/headlamps.php

They do them with both normal straight out connectors and the flag type in black that you want.

All the best

hey guys, 2 questions about our lights

1 Does anyone know where to get our H4 connectors from?
Mine are crap and i want to replace them with like for like.
I found this
http://www.eagleday.com/heco.html
not sure why that image doesnt work
but the wires dont come out at 90 degrees and its not black.
I dont want to cut the loom unless i have to, or make any changes, I will remove the original metal clips with a screw driver, clean up the wire and check it all is ok and then crimp into the new OE connectors.

After i have done this i need to get some of these, which will solve my problem

2 Anyone know where to get these from the uk?
