The tube does run down the A pillar but not sure of the exit point on the front (it's clear on the rear, just behind the wheel) If you haven't got any damp patches on the roof lining then maybe your thoughts of it coming in under the dash are more correct. Check below the battery tray for any corrosion or any dislodged grommets. The other possible reason is that it's coming in through the windscreen........hope not for your sake! It may be a good idea to get the lovely wife to hold a hose pipe over it while you do some investigation from inside the car.

When that happens where does it trickle out, does it come down the A-pillar and emmerge somewhere or does it leak from around the sunroof?

There is no sign of any damp at all round the sunroof. My gut feeling at the moment is that the water is coming from underneath the dash, somewhere near the ECU. Only a gut feeling though, I've been known to be wrong before!

How do you get to the sunroof drain tube connection? Presumably the tube runs down the A-Post? Where does it evenutally emerge?

Thanks!

I agree with Paul. Probably the sunroof drain blocked or the plastic tubing from the drain has come off or perished letting the water in Jeremy.

Have you got a sunroof? Best pull down the headlining whatever. Confused

I'm getting alot of water in the passenger (left hand) front footwell. It was dry yesterday and this morning there is getting on for a litre in there.

It's such a volume that I suspect there is a blocked drain somewhere. Is there a drain from underneath the plastic trim at the bottom of the screen (how do you get that off btw).

Your thoughts and ideas would be welcome!
