Sorry if this has been covered before, but the speedo on my 1994 cloverleaf has recently started acting strange, after about 5-10 minutes of driving the speedo needle starts moving around eractically, but only for a second then back to normal then up and down again,,,, Shocked it seems ok when she is cold but when warm it starts to happen, ive tried a sharp whack on the top of the console and nothing has happened,,so any help or advice would be most welcome,,,looks like another expensive trip to the garage Confused ,,,thanks for any help, matt

First check the wiring joint (box connector) near/under the clutch fluid reservoir where the gearbox sensor lead joins lead heading through bulkhead into the dash.

My rev counter and my temperature gauge both do that occasional-waving-around-a-bit thing. I thought I'd sprayed some cleaner into the plugs near the master cylinder, but perhaps I better try harder.
