Thanks for responses
the shock absorber has popped , bounces and as a result one shot tire.
Is it hard to have koni's. people seem to say there the bomb. 1.5 1988 s2.
Some say the s2 front shocks cant be replaced with konis.
Do i need to match up serial numbers when looking for second hand srut or will any good one be reasonable considering i just want the car to go straight , not wear out tires etc.

| There are two different types of shock fitted to a S2 Sachs or Boge they look identical but apparently (please correct me if I'm wrong) the Koni inserts only fit the one type. |
