After a long ownership of just over 10 years I am selling my beloved P4

I have owned it since it was an 18 month old demo car from JCT600 in Leeds.

Details as follows:

1992
67k
White
No modifications and in superb condition
Gearbox rebuilt by JCT600 at about 25k under warranty
Recent Down pipes, Sachs struts, disks, thermostat & hoses
2 new NCT5 on front, decent MXV2 on back
12 months MOT, tax till October
Full Service till 1998
All MOT certificates and receipts for parts (I have done most repairs)
Spare is a P4 wheel (still have original space saver & spacer) & toolkit
Oil/filter change every 3k using only Alfa synthetic oil
Wheel arches washed every time salt was on the road till 1997, then garaged during winter and used as a summer only car.

Also 33 sales brochures from late 1993 (black honeycomb front), I might as well sell the lot!

No sensible offer refused, please call 07941233348

Probably will put it for sale on e-bay this weekend if no one is interested but would much prefer to sell to an enthusiast. If you can turn up in a P4 in better condition I will knock £50 off any price we agree.

I live near Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Oh my, sounds like a really good deal.
Too bad that:
A: I'm from Denmark, and don't intend to leave.
B: We drive in the other (the right, and right-handed Wink) side of the road.

It looks fabulous! Hope you manage to sell it to somebody who will look well after it. =)

Really pleased, have sold my P4 to a chap who obviously knows Alfa's very well. Pleased it hasn't gone to a Nova driver (with cap on back to front) who wants a cheap GTi to thrash around for a year.
Also thanks to comments from Wizz, I think we should drive on the right! side of the road too, then we would have a better choice of cars (Lancia) and better prices.

You must be mad to have sold such a nice P4 for only £500. A car like that will be worth serious money in a few years time. Just look at the cost of decent Alfasuds now. All Alfas become collectable eventually. That P4 has got to be worth at least £2000 - NOW!

Paul.

Hi,

Paul is right - every italian car has its own personality which leads to collectible status.

It would be a good opportunity to see the Greek Alfa 33s. 90% of those run on the road and someone would be needed to follow them in order to collect the screws, the lights, the wings etc ...

Very few exist which are in good shape - at least in the exterior;God knows what's going inside the hood Question

So accept my opinion to keep keep the car. It's a shame to be bought by someone who only knows that cars only need fuel to run...

Regards,
