Hey people,

Maybe a slightly silly question, but what is the engine code for the 1.7 8v carbed motor, like I have in my Sud. You know, the same kind of code as 4AGE is to the 1600cc Toyota engine.

I can't find it anywhere and it's boggling my mind!

Hi,

I think it is either called the 301.68 engine, or the 305.50. See the following links:

I just found out that some Sprints were fitted with the 1.7IE block!
