Hello!

I'm wondering if it is possible to lower the 33 permanent 4 on the rear side? It's very high original.

In case, where can i get springs?

Yes it is possible but it is not advisable (to cut story short 4x4 transmision system suffers much more).
If you still want to do that, most of lowering springs for 33 16v FWD of same year will do the trick, but make sure you change shocks at same time.
ie Eibach + KONI are ok/common combination.
