Hello,
Unfortunately for me I have to sell my beloved Race 33.!!  
I brought her last summer from a fella in Northamptonshire who had prepared her to race in his local series at Silverstone. He raced her three times and the roll cage still bears the scrutineering sticker from the last race. I bought her to look good and use at our trackdays and as such she has been used for approximately 100 miles (i wish it had been more). Unfortunately he sold the dampers before i got to it and so has remained on standard dampers the whole time i've had it.
I need to raise some dosh and besides ive got a 16v which is almost ready!!!
So here goes:
1994 1.7i.e 8valve ( i have the V5 in my name) very very clean shell with no sign of any corrosion or welding from damage anywhere underneath.
totally stripped with inner door panels removed, sunroof removed and plated, side windows replaced with plexi, all very nicely done. Kevlar bonnet!!
roll centre cage and plumbed in fire-systems extinguisher and all necessary cut offs etc. Corbeau carbon backed seat with Willans 5 point harnesses.
totally standard engine which runs very well with no ominous knocks or rattles, gearbox feels fine too.
cross drilled discs (unknown brand).
She currently sits on a set of revolution 5 spokes which im really reluctant to sell but if the price is right i could part with them, and comes with a set of worn slicks (proper slicks not bald road tyres!!!). I also have a few spares i can throw in as well.
She really goes like stink and hasn't given me any trouble at all. The only downer is the dampers as i said above BUT i can point the purchaser towards a set of Koni adjustables at approx £60 a corner!!
Ive put it on ebay but could take it off if need be.
I'm looking for somewhere around 900 quid.... (Which will include entrance to one of our track days this year at Snett or possibly Cadwell Park)
