Hey guys, I have been given a wireless camcorder, which is 320x240 with a 1gb SD memstick and a wired one to use for the trip.
I was thinking of using the wired one inside attached to a piece of wood between the headrest holes, facing forwards.
I was thinking of gaffa taping the wireless cam, which is 10.5cm by 3.7cm cylindrical in shape, to either the passenger or driver side rear door handle facing backward.
Any other suggestions? I will do a test tomorrow.

I assume as its parade laps, that there will be no over taking?
Any problems with recording, forms ect ect?

Al, you will find the parade laps manic, the locals will over take using every inch of the track including the run off area's!!!!!!!!!!. The secret to a decent run is to drive slow until you see one of the 3 marshalls cars in your rear view mirror and gun it till you catch the next one, it takes some driving tho. You also need to ignor every new squeak/tap/knock and smell that your car will suddenly develop as you gun it unless your dash tells you otherwise and remember to fill you tank at least to half full, I ate half a tank in fuel in a session.
You must take Lee with you he likes to squeal like a piggy at Eau Rouge!!. Laughing

ok Smile I ask because
A parade lap, also known as a formation lap or warm-up lap, I took that to mean behind the pace car.

Barclays have said that if i upgrade my account for £15 i get cover and... i have a 14 day cool off period and can cancle and get a refund Smile

I got the call back today and they wont cover my 18 year old car without paying £100 exces.
My insurance will do it but it runs in conjunction with my renewal and will only last until Oct, seems a waste of £60.

So anyone got some good prices for travel insurance and euro breakdown cover?

Thanks
Alan

I seem to remember that last year I had the same problem with euro cover Al regarding the excess. Because of the age of our cars you'll strugle to find one that doesn't impose this.
