Idle RPM goes down

Hy,



I have a 33 1.7 IE SW from '90 with Jetronic EFI. The problem is that the Iidle RPM should be around 950 (min900-max1050). After I adjusted the idle rpm, it was good for a while, but recently started to go down again.
Now it is about 830-850rpm. And when the engine is cold, the idle rpm wont go over 1000. Anyway, what exactly sets the idle rpm, and whats the problem???
