I have a 16v and mine don't sound like that, even with a SS 2 1//4" system. At least i think it don't, I've never heard it from the outside doing a fly by. Anyone elses 16v sound like this?

I have never done a HB turn in any of my alfa's, too much respect for that. Last time was in a mk2 fiesta lol and then the shoe material came away and locked the rears, had to buy and fit new shoes and cylinder lol.

Mine doesn't sound like that either Al but then I haven't got side exits on my exhaust. I do have a nice crackle though which I can hear better when the boot lid is wedged open a bit when carting shite home from the diy store......probably has something to do with my home made centre section and lack of middle silencer.

My 16v sounds a little similar on carbs but hasn't got the same harsh rasp from the exhaust.

He's a little fond of bouncing it off the limiter too Confused
