Sounds very familiar to me (even down to the base model S3)
Would love to see the pics, Ive 3 engines in the garage from my antics a 1.3, 1.5 and 16v in the garage as leftovers. Never did manage to sort out my bodywork. It adds character! |

It's just a bog standard series 3 1.3 but is getting a 105 engine from a sprint until I get hold of a 16 valve for it
So far I have removed all the suspension and have been cleaning , refurbing and painting it. Have also cleaned painted and refitted the fuel tank. I have also got the engine bay cleaned and partly painted, just needs top coats and clear coat to finish.
The main thing holding me up from getting it on the road is converting power steering to non power steering but I will get there don't want to put the engine in until then.
So how do I get images on my posts so I can show it's progress  |
