Post subject: u4gm how to dominate path of exile 2 endgame guide
Path of Exile 2 has eaten a ridiculous amount of my free time already, and I am still not even close to being done with it. I have spent hundreds of hours tweaking a Huntress build, reworking the passive tree over and over, and chasing that moment when everything finally clicks, and in between all that I have been messing around with different ways to

and scale damage. Patch 0.3.1 did smooth out some of the early rough spots, especially around tablets and a few awkward boss encounters, but once you are deep into endgame you start to see where the game could really push things further.
Endgame That Actually Feels Alive
The Atlas right now is good at first, then suddenly it feels like you are just spinning the same wheel. You are mapping, getting some juice, but it lacks that sense of building toward something massive. A lot of players would love to see branching Atlas paths or long-term “grand projects” that you commit to over a week or two, where every map you run feeds into one big payoff like a special tablet or a unique boss chain. On top of that, playing in a group still feels stuck in the past. Only the host’s Atlas really moves forward, which kills the mood when you are trying to progress as a squad. Shared guild Atlases would help a lot here so everyone in your usual group pushes the same progression, instead of arguing every night about who has to host.
Loot, Flow And QoL Fixes
Loot has improved since the earliest patches, but you still get those crazy dry stretches where nothing interesting drops and it just feels bad. Bosses that scale in rarity the more you invest, and tablets that let you stack quant in a predictable way, would keep more runs feeling worthwhile instead of like you are gambling your time. There is also a lot of small stuff that adds up. Cheaper passive refunds would encourage more experimentation so you are not terrified of bricking a build, and some proper fast travel checkpoints inside longer areas would cut down on those annoying ten minute walks when you forgot to grab something or want to help a friend with a quest.
Performance, Pacing And Trade
Combat already feels great, but the frame rate can still dip once the screen is full of effects. People want that stable 120fps when the whole arena is exploding, not just when they are clearing trash in an empty zone. Content pacing matters too. Shorter, more focused updates every couple of months, plus something like a Boss Rush mode you can drop into for twenty minutes, would keep people logging in between bigger expansions. Trading also needs another pass. Right now a lot of players just avoid bulk trading because it is too much hassle. Async systems where you can queue up buy or sell orders, especially for large stacks, would save a lot of time and make gearing up new builds feel less like admin work and more like part of the fun.
Skipping The Poverty Phase
Until GGG gets all of that in place, players are still going to look for ways to speed things up, experiment with expensive setups, and avoid being broke every new league. When you want to skip straight to testing a wild endgame build instead of farming for days, grabbing extra currency from trusted spots and treating it like a shortcut is just part of how people play now, and sites that let you quickly pick up

end up fitting neatly into that loop.
