..what about do a similar thing with master clutch cylinder?
..inner chamber diameter should be 19mm (but I'm not sure),
against an external diameter of 28mm (I think they used
the same ovesize iron cast also for inner chamber diameter of 25mm)..

Here is a little something that Alex very kindly organised for me.
It is for my race car and accomplishes 2 things. One is it just removes a bit of unnecessary clutter around the steering column, I have no ignition switch etc, so no need for the ignition barrel, and all of the other metal cut away was unnecessary also. The other thing is it reduces unnecessary weight. Not going to make a huge difference on its own, but then the car is constantly on a strict diet! Thanks Alex, you are a star, as always!
