To qualify for access to the product, eligible FC Founders must have played EA SPORTS FC™ 25, link their EA Account and Nike Membership and follow the redemption flow outlined below. <br /> <br />A group of friends gathered together in a room, supposedly looking at a screen. One of them is holding a game controller. <br /> <br />WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES I NEED TO KNOW TO REDEEM MY OFFER? <br />The following are key dates to be aware of in regards to redeeming access to the product: <br />Account Linking: Starting November 13 at 9:30 AM PT <br />FC Founders who have played EA SPORTS FC™ 25 using the EA Account tied to FC Founders status will receive a message when they log into FC 25, beginning November 13, 2024 at 9:30 AM PT. Users must scan the QR code and complete the redemption steps to be eligible to redeem access to the product. <br />If eligible, users can also go directly to <a href="https://www.u4gm.com/fc-25-coins" target="_blank">https://www.u4gm.com/fc-25-coins</a> <br />Pre-Ordering: Starts November 20 at 7:00 AM PT while supplies last <br />WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT? <br />To be qualified for access to the product, users must meet the following eligibility requirements: <br />Be an FC Founder (i.e. entitled EA SPORTS FC™ 24 before November 1, 2023) <br />Have played EA SPORTS FC™ 25 on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC or Nintendo Switch™ using the EA Account tied to FC Founders status, and be connected to the internet <br />Be located in the following territories: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States. (IP address and shipping address based in the those territories) <br />Be 18 years of age or older <br />To redeem access to the product, qualified users will need to: <br />Have an EA account (associated with their FC Founders status) <br />Have a Nike Membership <br />Have the Nike App downloaded on their mobile phone, with push notifications enabled both in the Nike App and within your mobile device settings <br />WHAT STEPS MUST I COMPLETE TO REDEEM ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT? <br />To redeem access to the product, eligible users must complete the following steps: <br />Play EA SPORTS FC™ 25 <br />Sign into EA SPORTS FC™ 25 with the same EA Account associated with their FC Founders status: <br />Scan the QR code in the EA SPORTS FC™ 25 pop-up message using a mobile phone <br />The QR code will redirect users to Swoosh.Nike <br />User must then link their EA Account and Nike Membership <br />Ensure Nike App push notifications are enabled both in the Nike App and within your mobile device settings <br />Or, go directly to <a href="thehttps://www.u4gm.com/fc-25-coins" target="_blank">thehttps://www.u4gm.com/fc-25-coins</a> to link their EA account associated with their FC Founders status with Nike Membership and pre-order the product. Ensure Nike App push notifications are enabled both in the Nike App and within your mobile device settings <br />After linking their EA Account with Nike membership, users will receive an email from Nike during the ‘Pre-Order Window’ to purchase the kit while supplies last. <br />WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT HAVE A NIKE MEMBERSHIP? <br />To redeem access to the product the offer users must have both a Nike Membership and the Nike App installed on their mobile phone. <br />If users do not have a Nike Membership, they will be prompted to create one to proceed. <br />I RECEIVED A POP-UP MESSAGE WITH THE QR CODE IN-GAME, BUT I CAN NO LONGER SEE THE MESSAGE.
