Post subject: Fortnite
A prominent Fortnite leaker took to social media to reveal that both Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper could be coming back to the game with a new samurai look. Fortnite has collaborated with Star Wars many times before, as major characters like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia are all currently in the game. Since Disney recently became a major stakeholder in the battle royale, it's likely similar collaborations will continue to happen as time goes on.

Fortnite is currently in the middle of its annual Winterfest celebration, where the map is covered in snow and players are given free cosmetics throughout the 14-day event. Epic Games kicked off Winterfest recently with a collaboration between Mariah Carey and Fortnite after the singer emerged from a thawing block of ice. In addition to receiving free rewards, fans can also engage in new quests and will see a variety of fresh cosmetics enter the game's Item Shop.
A prominent Fortnite leaker reveals that players will soon be able to claim two new free skins during the game's annual Winterfest event.
Popular Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR posted on Twitter about another upcoming collaboration with Star Wars where fans could see a Stormtrooper and Darth Vader come back to the game with a samurai style. While leaks typically come from fans who dig through the game's files for information, this leak comes from a real-world source. The new skins appear to be shown on a promotional poster, possibly in some kind of shopping center. Both characters are instantly recognizable, but they've traded their futuristic armor for a padded, feudal design similar to that of a samurai. Epic Games has been busy coordinating collaborations lately, as fans will also be able to purchase Cyberpunk 2077 cosmetics within Fortnite soon.
Fortnite Could Be Adding Samurai-Inspired Versions of Darth Vader and Stormtroopers Soon

While there's no date on the poster, some fans believe that such a public promotion could mean the cosmetics will be coming to the game very soon. For many players, this would present a new opportunity to add a Darth Vader skin to their collection, as he was previously only available through a battle pass. Many fans seem to be enthusiastic about the potential upcoming collaboration, which is very different from the negative reaction many fans had when Skibidi Toilet came to Fortnite.
Fortnite has had a busy December, as Epic Games has been busy arranging collaborations and releasing new ways to engage with the title. Earlier in the month, Fortnite OG became an instant success when players flocked to the new game mode, reaching over one million players within hours of its launch. Epic Games also released Brick Life and Ballistic shortly after, while also making major additions to the game's LEGO Fortnite mode. With so many exciting updates, many fans are feeling enthusiastic about the future of Fortnite.
