Anyone fitted these - I thought that they might look good as they are almost the same as late 16v wheels, only 15" rather than 14".
Do they go straight on or do you need spacers?
I presume you'd need 195/50/15 tyres?
Cheers

The difference between the 155 15 inch wheels and the 33 wheels is in the centre bore. The 155 centre bore is 0.5 mm smaller in diametre, which means that they are a tight fit. Ideally, you should hone them out by 0.5 mm, but according to my Alfa mechanic this is not really necessary.
I mean, they do fit - you just have to knock them on with a bit of force.
But, in comparison at least to the standard 13inch steel wheels that were on our 33, you will need longer bolts. From memory the thread should be 33mm long instead of 28mm. These bolts were used on the 164 I believe, but I sourced some over priced ultra high tensile race ones.
Tyres - correct 195/50R15
We did not use any spacers on our wheels. They don't foul on anything.
But I should point out that the wheels on our car were from a Twinspark Inline 4-cylinder Widebody 155, so I am not sure if there were any differences with the 155 V6 in terms of wheels?? |
