I met a chap locally to me (south wales) who is breaking an M-reg siver 16v. If anyone wants anything off it, let me know asap as I think its going to the scrappy next week (engine and Recaros already gone).

Hi Rich, I would be interested in the fuel tank, If you can find out if its in resonable condition and if he still has it. If you can also find out how much he wants for it and if he can send it to me or if i'll have to come and pick it up... Cheers Gary

Yep, I'm sure I can get the fuel tank for you, shouldn't be too pricey - I'm going over on Saturday and I'll give you a shout early next week if that's ok? May be able to send it to you if its not too heavy.

I'm looking for front indicator lenses/units. I live in Twickenham, Middlesex. Any chance you could find out if he has them and how much for them with postage (The post office suggest £3.85 for up to 1kg if it's of any use)?

Hi Al - we took off the wings and bonnet before we scrapped the car. I think my mate was going to use the wings as spares for his rally car but I'm sure we could sort something out. Bonnet is a bit rusty on the front - I'll try and sort out a photo if you're interested. We'll worry about collection later
