Hi guys has anyone noticed the white 33 on ebay?
Ive been without an alfa for over a year now and 2 years since my last 33 and Im getting really broody about it so the old wad might have to be used quite soon.
Does anyone here know this car?
I am in Bath and its in oldham so a trip up to have a look is not really on.

Certainly worth a look if you are having a midlife crisis Ian!
Not sure about it having 7 previous owners - and the car USED to be registered as "KEV 42Y" if that tells you anything about one of them!
Having bought 6 cars on eBay now - DON'T BUY BLIND (you probably know this already - but I have to say it just incase. Hope you don't think "suck eggs" etc...)
Not long left.... MIGHT even sell for the £200!

What's happened to your 155 Ian??? You still got it?
I'd say I'd go and have a look at it for you - but it's 90 miles even for me up here! Perhaps someone else nearer might like to go and have a squizz!?
As an aside, I used to go to University in Bath Ian.... you posh boy you!
Only just got rid of the white IE I had myself. You could have had that for a fiver!

John, maybe a little tempted..... but I quite like being married!
If I ever had one again (don't think it's likely) then I'd go for a 16v - no two ways about it.

No not really a mid life crisis its alfa romeo its in the blood has been for years, cant go very long without having one.
The 155 I sold about a year ago to the guy i bought it from...
he kept pestering me about it cos he missed it and wanted first refusal so i let him have it and he paid me more than i paid him for it.
I didnt have the heart to insult her by putting ladders on top so i bought a van.
Im far from posh just a humble decorator only moved to bath recntly.
anyway if there is anyone here who is close I would be grateful if they could have a quick look at it.

Congratulations Ian!
My wife hates my 33, but knows it keeps me happy.
However, she is probably giving up her company car soon, and is actually quite keen on buying my brothers soon to be for sale 145 2.0ts clover, for HERSELF!!!!!
If you keep going on about how good alfas are, they eventually listen!!

Shes crazy about me or just plain crazy!!!
Ive got a fiat x19 and the 164 on the drive now...oh and the fiat scudo van.
Think I might try for a 33 next, but not till after the wedding
Oh and did I mention that shes a funeral director?
So when I kill myself in one of these cars I got that covered too!! |
