I found a company that sells new vented discs for the alfa 33 1.7. Price is £21.21 each +vat and delivery (UK) brake pads £24.12. the chap also seems friendly offering advice and phone number for my mecanic when changing my cam belt
is this a good price? am new on alfa.
i know that halfords charge £73. each disc!!

Hi
Probably not a bad price. It is what I paid a few years back.
Cam belts on the 33 are not that difficult to change, just time consuming as there are 2 of them

Prices look reasonable, but question is which brand is it?

HI I have been incontact with supplier (www.alfatech.org.uk) and found out the brand of disc is Benxdix.
are these allright.
am not looking for anything fancy.. just as long as it stops in time.!!

Scott I have done this but after being burgled (again!!) the other day they took the computer that shared the broadband connection so I lost all my mail account passwords. I will have the code-white.co.uk mail password later today so then I will receive my password for this site. |

on my 33 1.7 16v SW, i am using tarox G88 disc and their fast road pads, absolutely fantastic stuff but not cheap tho.
i bring the car to the track almost every month, bites hard, never experience a single bit of fade before, and it has been on the car for almost a year. |
