Well, two months ago, last year, I started the topic for SpaItalia 2008.
So, this year I'm late by two months... So, I thought I'd start another. So, here it is. Yeah. Great. Here we go again...
Partly so we can get it all organized, and partly selfish, so I can get the impetus to restart my P4 project!
We can use this thread to try and stop the crazy issues that plagued our trip last year (like running out of beer).
Answers on the internet please....

Yep Lee... get them spanners out. Face the Derbyshire blizzard!
Just lost the momentum last year after it failed to make it to SPA, only a couple of things to do and then it should be ok for an MOT.

Dunno mate... just hooked up the battery, put a shed load of fuel in it (I know the tank leaks like a fishing net!) and turned her over.
I'll have a look at the fuel and sparking later...

I know the feeling. Luckily I picked one up on ebay a few weeks ago for 35 quid......and only 60 miles away. It's near mint and not a trace of rust inside either. Just need a nice warm day to change it! |

Yeah, sorry mate. Wasn't trying to rub it in or nowt. He had a shed load of stuff so I offered him a fair price for the lot and he agreed. So I'm off to Truro next weekend to pick it all up.........should keep the 33 alive for a bit longer! |

That's ok.
I'd rather not go to Truro and make do without the parts! _________________ Fiat Bravo 165 Sport |

P4 tank is very different to standard! I don't have any left, but I know someone who might. Good luck with the motor Bob. I'm sure you'll sort it out. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

Hi
I have the old tank from my P4. If you know a welder with no sense of self preservation you might be able to get it repaired.
All the best
