I'm trying to find the valve timing angles (ie degrees in relation to TDC and BDC that the intake and exhaust valves open and close.

This is for a 1.7 8valve engine. Code number 30550.

I've looked in all the manuals I can find and they mainly state the specs for earlier, smaller engines. (The specs I can find for the 1.7 8valve look way out: eg inlet valve opens at 54degrees BTDC!)

Any help or direction to a relevant manual would be great!
