Hi All

A good friend of mine used to have an M reg 33 16v, one of the very last imported. The reg began 'M911' and was traded in in 1999 for a 146ti which I now own. He believes the car was sold on to a guy in East or West Grinstead in Sussex. The car was absolutely immaculate and as always he regrets selling it!

Does anyone know the car?

Thanks
Mark..

ps have just discovered this excellent site! Have driven a variety of 33's and now have a 146ti..

Hi mrmarkyt,

Welcome to the site. It's a great place to be a part of. A good bunch of friendly and helpful enthusiasts. If there's anyone who might know where your mate's car is it's Alex (33Bits). Hopefully he'll drop by soon and shed some light.

Will you be coming to the Spring Alfa show next month? They'll be a big showing of 33s there. Maybe your mate's car will make a showing too.

Thanks for the kind welcome! Would be good if someone on here knows the car!

Not sure if I can make the Spring Alfa Day unfortunately but hope to be at AuoItalia At Brooklands in May.

Hi, welcome to the mad house. Very Happy the only M reg 33's that i personally know are a silver 16v M118 EWW and a red 16v that i have M110 ALB. I got mine about 4 years ago from a guy called Paul who did live in the west sussex area. We have about 14 M-reg 33's on the egister list but none that start M911. If you can find the whole registration we might be able to find it.

Thanks for the update and welcome, I'll get the full reg and let you know.

Would be such a shame if its not around as to say that it was trasured is an understatement....

Many thanks
Mark..

Real shame that, hope its not rotting away somewhere..

It had also been used as a 'Demon Tweeks' show car in its day and was much admired.

All the best

Mark.
