Well looks like my first technical question has already been answered without me asking!
I have the same on my imola, noisy pump (can be heard inside the cabin) and a kind of hesitancy unless foot is to the boards. its only a 1.4 but definatly feels like it should be pulling alot harder than it is.

I have the same car(not in name but mecanically similar) and what you're experiencing is not necessarily a pump problem. Could be the lambda sensor or the injecteurs needing cleaning. Or something else. _________________ Alfa33 QO 1984
