Hi all!!!

Just found out that the forum had moved .

I havent been "here" for a while...

I used to participate on the old forum, a couple of years ago, when i had my 33 mk3 1.3v Twin Dual Dellortos 40mm...

When i sold it i bought a Punto Sporting from 2001, i also bought another 33, this time a 1.7 16v .

I now have a 156 1.6 TS Sport . You can see it here : http://studio.undonet.com/156/index.htm .

I´m planning to sell the 156 and buy another 33...

The 156 it´s a great, superb car, dont have anything bad to say !

But the 33 its just a beast!!!!!
I really think i´m going to trade my 156 for a 33...

I'll be coming here more often...

Hi,

Welcome to the new forum! It is nice to have you along.

What a nice Alfa 156 you have! It is indeed a great car BUT keep her along with the 33 you 're planning to buy. It is a very smashing duetto!!
The boxer opposed to the twin spark !!!

Regards from Greece,

if you're using your 156 daily, I don't see the point in switching to a 33?!

Driving the 33 it's a diferent pleasure!!!!

And i miss the Boxer engine, that sound, the performances...

That's what i like in a car, the satisfaction it give's you when you're driving it!!!

I know it's a bit insane, but... The heart speaks louder!!!!

I had an 33 mk3 1.3 Dual Twin Dellortos 40mm and a 33 mk3 s16 QV...
I misss those...

Hi

This is the shame when you end up being a Groupo FIAT industry!
The industry wants one type of chassis, motor etc.
The economies of scale that we learned in the economics cources in univercity...

By the way the pictures that baiones has from the old AR factory in Milan:
Where are todays cars being produced? In the Pomigliano D'Arco factory or is there another one in Milano?
The 33 cars were produced in South Italy?

Here is a link from a page with the story and lots of fotos from the old Milan Factory .

http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/alfamania/portello.htm

Here is another link , this time only with text, about the factory too .
This one is very good, and tells a bit of the ALFA ROMEO story .

http://fc.retecivica.milano.it/rcmweb/Comunali2001/valter.molinaro/Milano/mi09/portello.htm

They are both in Italian, but if you can translate it, you will find some interesting stuff!!!
