Where is the best (and cheapest) place to get a 1.7 16v tuned and checked near Derby. I would prefere a specialist or someone who's passionate about alfa engines.
Regards

Hmmm.... I live in Burton-Upon-Trent, and have a 1.7IE 8v.
If someone did suggest a place for tuning, perhaps we could get two tunes for the price of one!!!! LOL!
Someone please.....? _________________ Fiat Bravo 165 Sport |

This area is a bit of a desert in Alfa specialist terms. There's WAD in Wolverhampton 01902 401711 and Peak Alfa in Hope Valley 01433 623050. I've never been to Peak Alfa. |

What about Somerset/Dorset way? As we have a 33 and a Sud, just someone who knows their way around these cars would be good to know. |

If you fancy a trip up to sunny Bristol, where I used to live, there's an Alfa specialist there called automeo...
http://www.automeo.co.uk/
I have no experience of them, but local folks told me, of one fine summers day, that's the place to go in the West Country. _________________ Fiat Bravo 165 Sport |

If Lincoln isn't too far from Derby (I guess it's a similar distance to Wolverhampton!), you could try BLS - top notch Alfasud and 33 racers. They know their stuff, that's for sure.
I think it would be well worth the few extra miles.
