I’ve just put a 56,000 mile engine in a G reg chassis, put it all together and just found the base of the distributor has a vertical two-pin fitting whereas the lead I’ve got coming from the coil is a horizontal three pin plug. Why the extra pin/contact ? Anyone know how I should rewire the leads from the coil to fit this distributor ? Question
