My first time on this forum, very interesting reading

I have a 1992 33 16v that has decided it doesn't want to run anymore
heres the story:

Blew head gaskets, had these fixed but was running VERY lumpy,
stood for a few months,
came to sort it out, wouldn't start,
tracked it down to fuel pump not running,
hard wired fuel pump to see where the problem lay,
fuel pump ok, read somewhere of a common fault with a relay, but can't remember the details
while 'fiddling' with wiring around relays under left side (near bulkhead) none of the dash lights work anymore,
still turns over, just no lights (and obviously won't start)

It's basically been stood for the best part of 4 years and is starting to suffer underneath (well all around actually)
Reason for my post is to request any advice......
