Is the top one not the connector to interrogate the ECU.

Doesn't look like a fog light plug to me. They are more rectangulare, hard plastic, and smaller.

Does your car have air conditioning? If not, they look like the connectors for the air conditioning system. There would be one or more up near the ventilation fan box and one each side under the front for the condenser fans.

Hi,
Ken, no my car does not have A/C. You're right, It may bee so - I'll take a look at the other side tomorrow to see if there is one too.
The upper photo connector is, if I understood correctly, the one for doing the ECU test for errors, isn't it?
And by the way does it function like the one at Scott Sander's website (like the Motronic one?).
