Hi there,
just rebuilding a 16V motor for the Sprint, Les I listened in the end...
I have all the standard injection stuff but as I did not remove it myself I am unsure of the fuel line routes. As far as I can work out it goes tank-pump-2 inlet metal thing-fuel rails-4 inlet metal thing with a small outlet at the top and a larger one below. The 4 inlet thing has got me scratching my head. Do you connect the small outlet to the throttle body vacuum lines and the outlet opposite to the fuel tank return?
I guess that there must be a fuel filter somewhere and what the hell is an evaporation valve? And where exactly does the idle valve connect to, the front of the inlet and then to the rubber inlet tubing?
Anyone who can help?
