Dear Alfistas,
As you can propably see from my signature I live and work in Cyprus driving an 33 1.5 IE. Summer down here is pretty hot and most cars suffer from overheating, but not mine.
Now that is mid October and the temps are around 20 Degrees Celcius with a nice humidity inh the air, the car is completely transformed. It pulls nicely and it seems to consume less petrol (the aircon allowance already calculated!!!)
Also I´ve seen a few posts ago that the air-routing seems to be an important factor for the 33´s. Mine has been sacrificed for the passage of the aircon piping close by that area.
What you think? Is that crucial for the car to breathe fresher air? If I will not use the original air-routing piping and improvise a bit with some other rubber piping will I be getting any results? Other air routing suggestions? (the simpler the better!!!)
Thanks in advance
Take care and drive fast but safe!!! _________________ 1994 Alfa 33 1.5 IE Cat. 220.000Kms and still going strong!!! (Από την Αθήνα και τώρα στην Λευκωσία) |
