I finally found it. (The one that is 378 pages in acrobat reader .) The manual is for 33 but before 90' i think. If anyone is interested just give me your email and i will send it to you (12MB).

Hi
That one floats around the web in various places. It is my manual that was scanned in years ago (err, 1998). There are some pages missing, and they plus some other bits can be found on Scott Sanders web site.
