Would appreciate any comments on easiest way to remove/lift top of windscreen away from roof so that I can sand and remove a few rust bubbles before they become nasty cancer.

fish oil i spray all my fust spots with fisholine the moment they appear
slows it down at least |

If you mean the rubber then hold it back with a SMALL blob of super glue(If you can't actually bend it back over and stick it to itself then use a small piece of metal glued to the front lip and the back(windscreen side) of the rubber) once you have sanded and sprayed the rust spot then using a sharp craft knife cut the glue from the rubber. |
