S1 headlight switch help needed.

I wonder if anyone can help.

The left heallight switch turn on 1st step, nothing. Second step, meter lights, rear lights, po lights come on.

Press on the side of the lever, head lights come on, everything else go off!

Can sombody help? Is it a lever switch problem or wiring? Thanks in advance.
