Just got some prices on some bits from Mangoletsi and Alfa Shop, what a difference:

Mangoletsi - cambelts £18.75ea Alfa Shop £12.27ea
pulleys £17.25ea £8.60ea
exhaust gaskets £7.86ea £6.05ea
auxillary belt £7.11 £3.47
spark plugs £22.41(!)ea £8.51ea
oil filter £8.17 £5.00

I'm also after a 16v throttle cable but this seems to be no longer available, any ideas?

Damn, scrapped two 16v 33s over the past year and didn't take the throttle cables off. Somebody on here must have one?

ooops, my post didn't work that well. The first price was the Mangoletsi price and the second was the Alfa Shop price, but hopefully you worked that out!!

Yes Paul, shame about the throttle cables - I'll put a wanted ad on the relevant page, you haven't got an idle control unit and mounting bracket lying around have you?

Hi

Very surprised the throttle cable isn't available. Might be worth trying someone like Venhill who make up cables (mainly for motorcycles).

All the best

Keith
