Please excuse my French. I was just thinking to myself, "It seems that my new 33 must be in reasonable nick, it hasn't given me any serious problems compared to what some people on here are talking about", when I discovered that the radiator header tank was TOTALLY EMPTY. Because of the fissures in the plastic around the base of the cap. Oh yay. Help, does anyone have a spare one? K-reg, series 3 (I think).
Thanks guys.
Alex.
PS- Grrrrrr!
PPS Still not decided on a name for the little red beast.

Yeah, I think I've got a few in the garage, although I think there are two types. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

yes there is two types.
one type has a low level sensor and a plastic screw cap, the other doesnt and has a metal twist on cap.
If thats the right way round...... _________________ make it go faster |

I've just checked... plastic cap, sensor (although it didn't bother telling me the level was low!). _________________ K737 MMM... my slightly dog-eared but willing 33 1.7ie 8V. Awwww. |
