Short story first
I have an early type roller bearing Spica strut with Koni inserts. When fitted there is way too much negative camber. What’s the easiest way to get it back to normal?

Long story
The Koni’s have been made top adjustable and shortened for a huge drop in height, by Koni. I used Sud lower spring pan and bearing (as their taller) allowing the 8v H&R springs to sit lower. This was all good on my 8v 33 apart from the huge negative camber.

I sold the H&R springs when I broke my 8v and bought some 16v Eibach springs for my 16v. I tried fitting these springs to the shocks but it was horrible (if you want a description let me know). So I am now thinking of buying front Eibach 8v springs to go with the Koni’s and fit them to my 16v, but still need to fix the negative camber.

I have tried to fit my Koni’s in the 16v Boge struts, but the inserts are too long, I’ve not been able to find any Spica 16v struts.

How I was told to do it for rallying is a s follows:
Leave the bottom inner strut to bearing carrier bolt and hole as std, it is the pivot point.
The other three bolt holes will need to be elongated. You basically pivot the bearing carrier leaning the top out to reduce the camber.
Once you know where the bolts are now going to sit you can make up little metal packers to fit into your elongated holes or alternatively weld washers in place .

I knew about that one I was hoping there was an easier way, like top strut shims or something.
