What do people use when fitting uprated camshafts?
Spoken to Ade at AHMotorsports and he only has a kit.
Has anyone used the Catcam ones?
Can anyone suggest something else?

I dealt with an english agent and their prices were cheaper than AHM. Didnt eventually buy from them as decided on some secondhand parts from AHM which were a lot cheaper.
Dont know what catcams do but Adie has designed and had made a different top spring retaining collar that allows a longer spring to be fitted with the benefits that provides.
If it hadnt been for the secondhand parts then I would have gone with cat cams.
The advise I have heard is that I have been told of an engine with std valve springs (but I dont know what cams) being revved to 7500 with no problems. Std hydraulic tappets run out of puff just after this rpm.
