Ive not been a regular here, but have been here from the early days and was a member of the earlier 33 discussion list run by Lucas.
Dont suppose theres many from that era still into 33`s
Bought my first 33 in 1998, a `91 16v, I was 21, it cost a bomb to insure it, but was one of the best hot hatches in town. (well the girls liked it )
Now on my 17th alfa, mostly 33s (series 2 and 3), couple of 164 3.0, 75`s, a boxer 146 and 5 155`s, my current car costing me way too much to own, but now nicely improved including stainless exhaust, 145 QV side skirts, and HID xenon headlamps. Dont ever plan on selling it either
Latest 33 , like almost ever other, "will be the last one I own"

I was there from the start. Haven't heard from Lucas for ages.
All the best

Hi ya keith, I expect like many others 33 are long behind him.
When you think of it, the old discussion list looked so dated compared to this style forum

Hi
The old list is still there, but unused.
Lucas had a cam belt snap on his 33 I think. He landed up buying a Polo and also got into bikes.
We popped in to see him 5~6 years ago when we were in Belgium on the way to the Netherlands for their Alfa day.
All the best

Last post was about 4 months ago I think.
It doesn't go back that far as the people running that software delete old posts.
All the best
