Measured the compression and it read as follows:
Left side 6 and 9
Right side 12 and 12.
Thought the gasket by the cylinders had blown, but it was fine. What else can i do? The damn thing runs bad and I need your advise!
Sincerly

Chuck a little oil in each cylinder and do a compression test again. if results improve, its the piston rings, if they stay the same its the valves.. _________________ Alfa Sprint QV - Gone to a better home and in happier health for it

Hi
I would try the trick with the oil, but also check the cam timing. It does seem a little convenient that it is fine on one bank but low on both cylinders on the other bank. The car will run with the cam timing a tooth out.
All the best
