Outside steering rack gaiter for IE ?

Hello all

Is there/should there be an Outside steering rack gaiter for IE ?

On the driver side that can be seen as it moves through the orifice on right hand lock towards the inside of the road wheel ?........

Yes there should be a plastic tube covering the end. I've probably got one spare in the garage.
