can anyone advise as to how i go about ordering from fiat?
their website has a shopping basket but there is no facility for payment etc |

Hi,
You mean you have a copy of ePer?
ePer is a parts finding/identification system. It is NOT the system used by Alfa/Fiat/Lancia dealers to order from the manufacturer or suppliers. They have a different 'text-based' system for that.
Having a copy of ePer allows you to find out the correct part numbers before phoning the dealer though.

no unfortunately i dont have a copy
all i do is access the fiat eper site and obtain product codes and costs |
