front arms
rear trailing arms
Green Cloverleaf-spec front struts complete
Ditto rear springs and dampers
Anti-roll bars
unmarked non-delaminating windscreen
new front screen rubber
Basically, I've counted-up how much this little lot will be, rebushed and redamped, from Justsuds and wondered what's out there from abandoned projects and dismantled cars...
WHY?

A lot of the suspension is common to all modeles, so it shouldn't be too hard. _________________ Alfa33 QO 1984

Yes, but some early 33 didn't get the anti-rollbar, and spring rates were different across the range. My QO is significantly different to drive. If you're going to rebuild a Mk1 you might as well use QV spec rates and a damping I think.
If there is a set of arms about I can clean up and get some polybushes pushed in, that might be the best way forward
Has anyone got a good running 1.5 QV engine in their garage wanting a new home? Might settle for a strong Sprint Veloce engine otherwise. Would consider any 8v really, but I'm more a fan of the squarer 1.5 than the 1.7, and I want to keep it period (early Eighties I mean) |
