Matt... what a shame you are ducking out of the 33 owning 'nutters club'.
If I didn't have the P4.... I'd bite your hand off for that.

Hope you get an enthusiast buyer for it Matt. Looks like it's worth the money to me.
As Bob said, shame you're leaving the fold! |

Only a suggestion but what about taking it Stanford hall this Sunday ? Hopefully you might have a captive audience. You would think as well that people going there would be Alfisti.
Good luck with sale. Wish I had more space .

Originally I was planning to come in the rally car. That was about 6 weeks ago. It was on that fateful day I thought "I'll weld up that little crack in the inner flitch". Here I am 6 wks later after rebuilding and strengthening two turret tops no further forward . Plan B was going to be spend more time on car to get it finished or if weather nice, go. Unfortunately I want aware of plan C . If you have ever heard of the Wales Rally GB which takes place in Dec, I am the Safety Officer for the Halfway stage which is run twice. Plan C my Stage Commander informed me was to attend the Regional meeting on Sunday, so sorry I wont be there. So dont get to go to show, dont get to work on 33. Oh Bo****ks
Hope you have a great day though.

Must go now so no reasonable offer refused!,i dont want it sat on my drive for another winter,i would really like it to go to a careing new owner, the bottom of the doors have got worse, and there is no mot or tax,,,as i say no reasonable offer refused and it will need trailering away,pm with your number and i will give you a call to discuss........offered on this forum first
Up for a very regretable sale is my 1994 16valve that i have owned for 3 and half years,in metallic silver,76000 miles and mot until mid september(can put a new ticket on it),but has done less than 500 miles since the last..Drives and performs faultless, and everything works as it should.
There is well over £10000 of reciepts and bills dating back over the years,in 12/2001 there is a invoice for £1973 from Gatwick alfa for a full engine rebuild,a new petrol tank in the same year, june 04 head gaskets and timing belts done, but more recently she has had a new Valeo clutch, new middle section with cat converter, brand new n/s suspension leg, front and rear brakes, rear wheel bearings, front wheel bearing, new pfr6 plugs and mobil1 fully synthetic race oil (done less than 100 miles) and brand new goodyear hydragrip tyres on the front, again done less than 100 miles and pirelli's on the back on P4 alloys ,there is a supersprint backbox that just compliments the boxers rasp!,not loud or boy racer noise, but does come with a original one in as new condition. The 33 is at a garage at the moment having a overhaul done and anything that they find faulty or broken will be put right before sale.
The body is in excellent condition, nothing around the filler cap or windscreen, just the very bottoms of a couple of the doors are starting to rust, but can be easily and cheaply sorted. She has always been washed every weekend and polished very regulary, the inside is also excellent with just the usual wear to the drivers bolster, never been smoked in,and has the nardi leather steering wheel and gear knob.Comes complete with a kenwood radio/cassete and 6 disc multi changer cd in the boot.
Also with the car comes a load of spares and i mean a load!,far too many to list but do include gearbox, bonnet, grille, doors, starter motors, radiator, alternator, afm, central looking motors, steering rack, injecter rail, instrument clusters, windscreen wiper motors, ignition barrel, and loads loads loads more,
I have probably missed lots of things off,but if i think of any i will add them, the car is located in Wolverhampton.
Pm me your number if anyone is interested or have any questions and i'll
give you a call,i would like her to go to someone who will look after her as well as i,and the previous owners have...,there can't be many out there in this condition or with so many spare parts!Pictures below, |

Hi Al
Hope all is good with you, yeah got to sell as the car is just sat here doing nothing which is a real shame when she could go to a new loveing home!
I have advertised her on Pistonheads and got a massive response but no firm offers,so i have got her booked in for a mot this week and then will put a price on her
unreal the amount of interest in these 33's there is out there!
Cheers

Hi Al
If i had the money i would garage/store her,but she is just sat on my drive doing nothing,so i would be happier seeing her go to a appreciative new owner!
Hows your 33 going?
Cheers

How about you get bobbber to build you a garrage, like he was/is, I wonder how he is doing?
Mine, got a fun job of changing the clutch slave cylinder tomorrow, weather permitting, bedding in pads and oil /filter change, the usual lol. _________________ x2 33 16v
