Ok, I was going to restoreempted this but have been tempted away by a race/track sud project (i know please still talk to me!!!).

Its currently SORNED and hasn't been on the road since 2002 following a belt failure (i haven't confirmed this). It has lots of minor rust patches plus all four jacking points, end sill sections, front O/S chassis leg to cross member, door bottoms etc. The interior is the standard recaro one (NOT suede). Its missing the prop shaft and fuel pump.

I paid £180 for it and would like my money back (the interior is worth that alone).

Some pics

All four P4 alloys come with the car. It needs collecting within two weeks from CW8 4HD, Cheshire near Warrington.

Cheers

Steve

I know of another P4 thats been partially stripped (engine, interior etc) but the shell is rust free. Just needs a respray (laquer has lifted) and its had a minor accident damage repaired on the n/s rear quater.

He would take £75 for it. If I had the room and keep mine and buy his!!

Ok, I've now started stripping it for parts, I'm finding more and more rust as I go!!!! if needs any bits let me know quick as its going to the scrap man on Saturday.

Examples

Good gearbox = £30
Recaro interior inc all door cards and leccy window switches £160 or offers
Not sure what its worth to be honest

I'm in Cheshire, CW8 4HD. 10 minutes from M6/M56 junction.

Cheers

Steve, I'd be interested in the remaining wheels I think from your picture I spotted a couple of Speedlines, I need some 5 1/2 J x 14 H2-39's.

Hi,

I've got all four original P4 alloys (14inch). Tyres are crap but the wheels are in good condition, very very minor kerbing and no dings. £60 for all four?

Cheers

Nevermind... total waste of time. Perhaps you should go back to school and learn how to read properly?

Good luck with the sud.

No I think you should mate, you asked about the condition of the steering wheel, well see the picture, or is that a bit simple!!!!

You asked would I take £50 for you to remove any parts you want, I replied it has already been stripped and will be scrapped tomorrow, what's you problem????????????????????

I'm relieved to hear you've stripped it (hopefully completely bare)! I was worried all those great bits where going to end up at the scrapper!

I've had to leave the rear axle in place so I can move it onto my trailer and all the body panels are rusty. The brake calipers are siezed solid. The prop shaft has already gone. Other than that its a bare shell.

I will be using some of the wiring loom, ECU, radiator, front cross member, fuel lines, fuel pump and suspension arms etc for my sud.

I'll get back to you regarding exact wheel spec.

Right

I will be taking the shell to the scrap man at about 14:00hrs tomorrow. If anyone (bobber?) wants to come along and pull of parts (not much left and not including suspension) they are welcome to do so.

Address is 131 Runcorn Road, CW8 4HD. I won't be at home but my wife will. I'll be picking up my sud

Regards

Steve

The shell has now gone,

I discovered the offside chassis rail had a crease in it just forward of the bulk head and another between the two front cross member mounting holes. Made me feel a bit better about scrapping it!
