Hi,

Is it a bare block? 8v or 16v. What spec are the pistons?

Guy had a con-rod let go and was getting ready to rebuild so he had a block sortedand made ready. One piston was knackered so he got another (think they are JE) but would need balancing to other 3. Not sure if it has a crank but it has got 3 con-rods.

There is no difference between an 8V block and a 16V block. Later blocks had the oil spray of the mains. Its the head gaskets that are different.
If someone has found a diffrence then please tell me. I currently have 16V heads on a 1350 block and the block didnt need modifying.

While he was doing this he tried an impreza liked it so went down that route instead so hes selling his P4 stuff
I know he has 2 rear axles and at least one gearbox.
I am buying some parts off him but obviously the more I buy the bigger the discount I can negotiate which I can then split with others.

Have asked him for a list of stuff but he has said it would take too long as he has that much.
Going to see the bits over xmas I want so could try and do a package deal or find out what he has got then.
