I think theres a picture of one in the manual, i'll have a look and post it if i find it.
From memory its a flat steel plate with a threaded centre bore, and two flat hooks on the back. |

I use a strongback puller yoke with 2 pieces of threaded rod (I think M6), screwed into the holes inside the wheel. Nuts and washers on top of the puller yoke.
